4 Reasons Why Hillary Clinton’s New Logo is a Flop

This 2016, everything will transform in America as the world’s most powerful economy will decide on its leader. It will be the time for Barack Obama, who ruled the land for two consecutive terms, to pass the presidential crown. As America will see a new dawn, the globe will be all eyes and ears for the historic moment.

The poll bugle has been sounded and vociferous campaigning has been kicked off. The candidates on marching on the streets, promising to fight the malpractices, curbing the crime incidences, creating employment opportunities and adding more sheen to America’s world reputation. In a bid to charm the audience, the marketing teams of the respective candidates are working overtime, building eye-catching campaign designs and coining unique slogans. However, Hillary Clinton’s plans have terribly misfired.

Reasons behind the failure

Hillary Rodham Clinton, a democrat and wife of former president Bill Clinton, was expecting a magic when she announced her bid for the 2016 Presidential elections, putting a lid to the hefty speculations made in this regard. Her announcement was soon followed by the launch of her promotional ‘logo’, where a red arrow bisects the capital ‘H’ and move rightwards saying ‘Hillary for America’. This was the moment that blighted her otherwise brightening political voyage. American citizens wasted no time in pouring criticisms and scorn on her campaign logo. Some compared it to a hospital or road sign, while others felt that it was made in MS Paint.

So, Hillary Clinton is making headlines for all wrong reasons. We cannot comment on how this stir would help her in the coming days, but we can definitely identify the flaws in her logo which has disappointed America.

Close Resemblance to ‘Wikileaks’

When a name like Hillary Clinton and Plagiarism are mentioned together, controversies are bound to happen. Wiki leaks, a famous secret-sharing site, has tweeted that Clinton has stolen its ‘innovative’ logo design and exhorted Twitteraties to lay the comparisons. This is the most severe smack in the face.

• Similar to a Hospital design

Hillary Clinton’s campaign logo has been flayed for bearing close similarities to medical facilities. Such a badge doesn’t seem to augur well for the future, especially when you are contending for the most influential post. If the first thing that crosses the voters’ minds is death or illness, you are definitely trailing a wrong path.

• The Arrow Speaks a Different Story

Politics is a minefield where everything comes as a nasty surprise. You could not anticipate the reactions of the adversaries because they are open to interpret anything, anytime as per their understanding and thought-process just to beat you down. Hillary’s logo failed to make the intended effect as it signifies a right shift. It is ironic to see how the arrow of a much-hyped logo points to the right when the leader speaks about going to the top. No one could expect his leader to carry the country sideways.

• An Inept Display of Ideas

America was unimpressed seeing such a disaster in the name of a ‘logo’. It’s a classic blend of straight and stupid elements. Almost 70% of the tweets ha spanned the logo design as gauche. The audience rejected it on the account of its absurd design and dual meanings it conveys.

As Republicans are yet to fill the electoral vacuum by announcing a candidate, Hillary Clinton super early announcement is sure to work wonderfully for her. She is soaking all the attention from various corners and emerging as the front runner in the race. But who can stop the social mongers? They are out there to tear the ‘infamous’ logo into pieces. This goof-up can make Hillary stumble on the royal road to victory.
